Shipping Policy
Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
Tax charges are based on applicable federal, provincial and harmonized sales tax rates based on the delivery address associated with your order. Where required, sales tax will also be applied to the shipping and handling charges. If you return an item for a refund, you will also receive a refund for the sales tax you paid for that item. You will not receive a refund for the sales tax you paid on the shipping and handling of that item, as the shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable once an item has been shipped.
What are the different shipping options?
Some products have specific shipping options and varied times as we have inventory in different countries and ship to the closest destination as required. Some products are Fulfilled by Amazon Multichannel Fufillment, these products will provide the option at checkout.
Shipping to Canada and US is free, international destinations have a flat rate of $5.
Other shipping options will be provided at checkout, along with corresponding fees.
Shipping within Canada is estimated to arrive in 3 - 15 business days depending on choice of shipping and product. International shipping time and cost may vary depending on destination and product weight.
Orders that ship within Canada will ship via Amazon MCF, Canada Post, Fed-Ex, UPS or Purolator depending on the product, shipping method chosen and your location. Orders ship from our fulfillment Center in Ontario, Canada, Illinois, US and China.
Note: we do not offer shipping to multiple addresses.
Products are usually shipped within 1 - 10 business days. Total delivery time starts when your order is marked 'shipped' and includes the expected time-in-transit of your order. For delivery to rural routes or extended areas, please allow an additional 3-5 business days.
Although you may receive an Order Number, orders are not fully processed until we can validate your credit card and address information. This process may delay your shipment, and could result in your order being canceled. If we are unable to accept your order, you will receive a Cancel Confirmation email message.
Will I get a Tracking Number?
The shipping confirmation you receive once the order has shipped will have a tracking number along with a link to the shipping provider. You may use the tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipping.
You may also print a copy of your invoice by clicking on Order Status/Track Order. Upon entering your order number and email address, it will allow you to view a summary of your order. This summary can act as an invoice for any returns or exchanges.

I have a Free Shipping Coupon. How does that work?
From time to time, we may offer a coupon for free standard or expedited shipping. Simply type in the coupon code at checkout and this will be applied. However, it is important to note that free shipping coupons only apply to Bleu Fairy branded products. If products from curated brands are included in your cart, standard shipping times will automatically apply to these products and separate tracking details will be provided.
Return &
Exchange Policy
We will accept unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise within 15 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, kindly send an email to info@bleufairy.ca and confirm the shipping details and other relevant information. Returns sent without a prior notice will not be refunded. Send your item(s) with price tags attached and the printed receipt, gift receipt or digital receipt to:

Returns will not be accepted without the receipt, or if otherwise noted on the tag, online or the receipt. All returns are subject to verification of original sale, and we reserve the right to limit returns.
Note: All costs associated with your return are your responsibility. We suggest you obtain a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for lost packages. We cannot refund original or return shipping charges.
